This piece is from a series of artworks where I explored mixing the silhouette of a Batman mask with other elements to create new images. The Batman silhouette is very iconic and instantly recognisable. I like to play with these elements from popular culture and mainstream to create new imagery. In this case I mixed the Batman silhouette with a Batman smile. Merging the joker and Batman, the bad and the good into one figure. 

This artwork is build from wood and posters sourced in the streets. The Joker lips are drawn with an oil crayon.
