I’m releasing a print from an original urban collage Ski mask titled: Sugar Rush Boy. The original is made from candywrappers found in the streets of Miami. When I was in Miami for Art Basel I was amazed at the amount of candywrappers laying around in the streets surrounding an elementary school in Wynwood. These kids must have consumed mountains of sugar to produce this amount of waste.  

This print is released for the #artistsupportpledge. A great innitiative by Matthew Burrows. He came up with the idea to offer art for no more than 200€ and to pledge to purchase another artist’s work with every 1K sold. I love this initiative. As an artist I’m also a collector. This makes art available for many collectors. So both buyers and artists get a good deal. What’s not to like. 

The original has been professionally 3D scanned to give the print the same depth you experience with the original. Creating a mindblowing effect as if the ski mask floats above the paper.
